Hi Paula, I find that Google Scholar is the best resource for these types of new topics. You can fish around with terms like "parks behavior", "pleasure grounds", "therapeutic park" , "hospital parks". Are you familiar with Building Green Suite (this is by subscription though)? It is an information source for sustainability and ecological design, so it could be a good resource. I found topics there such as "hospital gardens" "green healthcare facilities" and "healing gardens".
