Does anyone recall an exhibition held in the Washington, DC area on the art of tatoos, though not necessarily by this title? My staff member remembers seeing it--maybe 6 to 10 years ago--and not necessarily in an art museum, though he thinks it was in one of the Smithsonian institutions.
