As current Northern California Chapter Chair, I am being asked to sign
the legally binding Affiliation agreement by July 30, 2006. Signing
this agreement will have a great impact on the future of ARLIS/NA, our
chapter, and the membership of both.
I do not feel, as the representative of the chapter, that I can sign any
legally binding contract without discussion and a vote amongst the NC
chapter members.
Please read Margaret Webster's email and "supporting info" documents
carefully and comment to the list.
