Dear Museum Librarians,
 
We are thinking about providing an online space for our docents to share information within the museum's web site. Because of construction/expansion projects, this is something our web team can't focus on for a few more months. In the meantime, we were thinking of setting up an online project space for them. The requirements for the project space would be: easy-to-use, ability to upload and share documents, a message board, a calendar, task lists and an inexpensive price.
 
I'm curious if any of you have had experience with online project management tools and would be willing to suggest vendors or sites. I've looked at a few blog sites but most don't feature an ability to upload documents.
 
Any thoughts are appreciated.
