Pardon my butting in. I knew noting about the pending issue until
three days ago, but judging by the reactions on ARLIS-L of several
chapters across the country in the past three days, it looks like a
bit of a railroad job... (?)
Will the Executive Board revisit the issue with more appropriate
input from chapters?
If you don't mind my saying so, it looks as if having all chapter
dues made payable by chapter members to the central office of ARLIS/
NA, with the equivalent said dues to be forwarded to the chapters,
will be a killer to administer. Is Control of All Incoming Funds
really that critical?
