I am using ARTSTOR for teaching for art, history, and architecture. I
recently found 19 images of a famous building for an architecture
faculty member. She had been using slides. For the fall year long intro
course for majors I am working with her to build her lectures from
Artstor and some photos she has. A faculty member in art history is
recommending that her students use it for medieval architecture in
Spain. The students love it and we are recent purchasers of the database
so this fall I will introduce more of the architecture students to it
during orientation.
