Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started. LISTSERV 16.5 - ARLIS-L Archives

I would appreciate any help you can provide in helping me get in touch with 
Amos Paul Kennedy Jr. The e-mail I have is <[log in to unmask]>, and it is 
being bounced back to me as undeliverable. I would appreciate a current 
contact and phone # if possible, and if a collection in the NY, NJ, PA area has any 
of his works.
