Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started. A conference on library assessment--building effective, sustainable, practical assessment--will take place in Charlottesville, VA on September 25-27, 2006. It is sponsored by the University of Virginia Library, the University of Washington Libraries, and the Association of Research Libraries.
