Dear Colleagues,

We recently received a copy of the following book:

Maranci, Christina. A SURVIVAL GUIDE FOR ART HISTORY STUDENTS. Upper
Saddle River, NJ: Pearson Education, Inc., 2005.

Just wanted to let you know that the author INCLUDED information on art
librarianship in her section on "What DO You Do with a Degree in Art
History?" I think it is refreshing that we art librarians / information
managers were not left out! It could, however, have been improved by
including the profession of "Visual Resources Curator" or "Slide
Librarian." See p. 140 of this book.
