Congratulations to Helen Carter, Assistant Librarian for Acquisitions,
Ingalls Library, Cleveland Museum of Art who has been elected to the
position of Vice Chair/Chair Elect for 2006-2007 and Kay Downey, Serials
Librarian, Ingalls Library, Cleveland Museum of Art, for the 2nd term
position of Secretary/Treasurer for 2006-2007.
Ballot Issue no. 1 was passed to accept the professional member dues
increase by $5 (19 for, 2 against, 1 abstain). The increase makes it
possible to fund a to fund a second Travel Award offered annually which
may be used by chapter members for either the national ARLIS/NA
Conference or the regional ARLIS/OV chapter meeting.
Membership renewal forms will be mailed out the week of January 9th.
