I intended to leave out personal information from the responses I received. In some cases I did not edit as well as I could have. I apologize to those who did not want such information shared with the list - I realize it's a small community and some prefer anonymity.
I know many of us new to the profession or thinking about the profession really benefit from such discussion, so thanks again for the responses.
