This is a reminder to ARLIS/NA members that nomination submissions for the 2005 ARLIS/NA Distinguished Service Award are due at ARLIS/NA Headquarters by the close of business on Tuesday, December 20, 2005.
 
Award guidelines have been amended to permit electronic submission of nomination packets. Submissions and supporting documents may be sent as emails, or preferably, as email attachments  (pdf files, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, etc.) to Vicky Roper at ARLIS/NA Headquarters:

As in the past, nomination packets and supporting documents may also be submitted by mail to:
