Hi all,

I was asked by a library student if she could use my collection development policy in a paper she was researching on the similarities and differences between special and public libraries.  She also requested that I include a credit line with the reproduction and reprint rights form.  I guess she may want to publish at some point or another, which if fine by me, but I have never been asked for a credit line before.  Is there some format for a credit line in such cases?  Has anyone every had to create a credit line?  If so, I would appreciate some guidance.
