Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started. LISTSERV 16.5 - ARLIS-L Archives

I seem to remember someone asking about the archives of CRIA and the 
Florence flood not too long ago?

Having checked the papers of Charles Seymour Jr. here at Yale, who was 
very much involved in CRIA, I find 
nothing in the material left to our collection--but a colleague of 
mine suggested tracking down Fred Licht (watch out, there are two of them)
to see if he could provide any information.

Any help?
