Indiana University has a dual degree program in art librarianship which includes work with Eileeen Fry, Slide Librarian. We also have an Art Library Specialization program which includes the same type of vr experience with one of the national leaders in the VR profession, Eileen Fry. I believe our program which I established in 1985/86 is the oldest ongoing specialization in the art librarianship and has always included vr preparation. bj

What are the qualifications expected/required today for someone who wants to go into visual resources librarianship? M.A. Art History? M.L.S.?

Also, are there any “Library Schools” that are particularly good for such preparation?
