I'm sure everyone is as thrilled as I am that we now have full-text access to some of the core art history journals. Since I am always on the lookout for access to images, I tried narrowing searches to "caption," as in "nu assis." This works to an extent--JSTOR does retrieve only those articles with illustrations of "nu assis," but the"Page of First Match" function does not apply. This means a page-by-page search for the illustration. Short articles present no problem, but it is tedious going through a 10+ page article. I contacted JSTOR, but they do not indicate they will try to rectify this inconvenience (!). Perhaps more voices would make an impression! Ruth S.
