Yes, I agree; I do think there is a connection between
Brant's print and Arcimboldo's painting.  In fact, I discuss
this in an article coming out in the Spring 2005 (40:2) issue
of _Libraries & Culture_ ("Reopening the Book on Arcimboldo's
_Librarian_").  I'm glad to know that others share my
