Hi Cathy, Try Kim Williams Books and the Nexus Network Journal of Architecture and Mathematics website at http://www.nexusjournal.com. Kim has written extensively on pavements in Medieval and Renaissance churches and the Journal, which she edits, has a couple of articles (perhaps free online) about contemporary pavement artists. Have fun, it is a great topic!
