I've started placing duplicates from my collection on eBay.

The exhibition, American Decorated Publishers' Bindings 1872-1929, is still up in the gallery in Husdon, NY if you'd like to see it. It has changed quite a bit since it first opened, with over 100 new acquisitions. If you haven't seen the online exhibition, it's at

An early (incomplete) version of the checklist is also online at
http://minsky.com/pub-dec-other.htm
with instructions on how to subscribe to the forthcoming catalog (2006), which is being issued in three versions, with pre-publication subscription discounts. Subscribers have access to the complete updated checklist, which now has over 200 images on it, and to the in-progress drafts of the catalog essays.

Subscribers were also notified of the eBay listings three days ago, when they first were posted. Only three of the books with "Buy it Now" option remain as of this writing, but there are others with regular auctions only that still have four days to go.  Of particular interest are a gorgeous Decorative Designers cover for Lewis Morris, The Epic of Hades:

and Edmund Gosse, In Russet and Silver (1895) with Will Bradley's important cover design, on a copy with uncut foredge folds..
