Greetings.
For those going to ALA, please visit the ALA affiliates booth [booth 5019,
far right of the exhibition area of McCormick Place Hall A1]. ARLIS
member volunteers will be staffing the booth Sat and Sun from 3-5, and
Monday 10-12. We'd love to see you just to say hi!
If you got an ARLIS pin at the conference in Houston, don't forget to wear
it on your ALA badge! I will have more pins, as well as ARLIS stickers, at
the booth [see times above].
If you are a member of both ARLIS/NA and the ALA Arts Section, it would be
great to get together and brainstorm possible collaborations between the
two groups. There should be cross-over interests we could advocate. Or
maybe a jointly sponsored program session at the next ALA annual
conference in New Orleans?
