Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started. This is the last call for funding requests for ARLIS/NA groups that need funding for January-December 2006.  The deadline for requests is next Tuesday, May 31 for committees, divisions, sections, and roundtables.  More information and a handy form are on the website: http://www.arlisna.org/arlismembers/funding_cdsrt.html.

Chapters wanting financial support for special projects should review the new guidelines and application form at http://www.arlisna.org/arlismembers/funding_chapters.html.  In July, the Board will set aside an amount in the budget to be allocated to chapter projects later this fall.  Chapters should begin discussing potential projects with their regional representatives as soon as possible.  Applications for funding will be due on September 30, 2005.  I will send reminders later in the summer.
