Well, it's absolutely perfect weather for Mojitos here in Jackson Hole,
Wyoming and I think we should all raise our glasses to that memorable event
in the 90's that you all are raving about. I wasn't there but I need little
reason to enjoy a Mojito, a fresh, rockin' salsa and chips, a deck and my
shades!!

I remember those drinks well, also the delicious Cuban food, the
outdoor-indoor setting, the unbelievably fantastic Cuban band and
singer, and dancing to the beat. The best party Ars Libri ever threw,
though they've given us many great ones, notably the one at the Chicago
Aquarium. I had forgotten about those drinks until Ray Anne mentioned
them. Now to try the recipe.
