Dear Colleagues,

 

Greetings from ARTstor! We wanted to let you know that there will be an ARTstor Hospitality Suite at the upcoming ARLIS conference in Houston. All participants and non-participants are invited to visit us in the suite.

 

Hilton Americas-Houston at 1600 Lamar

 

Sunday the 3rd; Noon-5pm

Monday the 4th; 10am-5pm

Tuesday the 5th; 9am-noon

 

There will be signs or flyers available in the lobby at the concierge desk with the suite number. Representatives from our User Services and Library Relations team will be in the suite so there will be ample opportunities for learning more about ARTstor. 

 

We will offer a 45 minute ARTstor demonstration each day in the suite at the following times:

 

Sunday 4:00pm

Monday noon

Tuesday 9:00am

 

There will also be an ARTstor Users Group Meeting on Monday, April 4th from 8:00-9:30am in Room 340 AB of the Hilton Americas. This is an open meeting and breakfast will be served. You are welcome to drop in but if possible, we ask that you RSVP to [log in to unmask] in advance.
