Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started. LISTSERV 16.5 - ARLIS-L Archives

I am arriving on Saturday around 5:30pm at Bush IA.  I would like to share a
ride to the Conference Hotel. I would appreciate anyone who is arriving around
the same time, and would like to share the costs, to please contact me off
