Library Assistant Hillwood Museum & Gardens is seeking an Adjunct Library Assistant (20 hours/week) to provide administrative support to the Librarian and manage the periodical and auction catalogue collections. Other duties include processing interlibrary loan requests and gifts, tracking books, ordering and receiving materials, and assisting with inventories. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in the arts, or course work towards a library science degree, one to two years related library experience preferred. Foreign language skills (French or Russian) are desirable. Strong interpersonal and computer skills as well as the ability to work methodically and accurately are required.
