Dear Conference Attendees,
An arrangement had been made with the Four Seasons Hotel to
accept overflow reservations from the sold-out Hilton Americas. The
Four Seasons is a luxury-class hotel two blocks from the Hilton and is
easily the most convenient alternate property to ensure easy access to
programming at the Hilton. For those who have already made alternate
property reservations that can still be changed, you may wish to take
advantage of this new arrangement.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING RESERVATION INFORMATION:
Rates (same as Hilton): single/double ($151) and
triple ($166); they do not accept quads.
Reservations can be made by calling the hotel
directly at (713) 652-6266. Please reference
yourself by stating that you are attending the ARLIS/NA 33rd annual
conference (there is no code, per se).
All individuals will be responsible for their
charges and will adhere to a 48 hour cancellation policy, for 1 night
room and tax.
