Hi Dana:
The April issue of American Libraries (ALA) always carries a cover story of
the annual AIA/ALA showcase of new and renovated library structures.  The
article usually features 25 or more libraries including public, academic
and other research libraries and is really just a photo essay with some
minimal information about each project.  However, its a great place to
start looking for examples of great new library structures.  These awards
are also sporadically written up in architecture journals.
