Internships

I am writing a grant proposal for two part-time temporary para-professional archivists to process some of our backlog. I intend to hire graduate students in either library science, archival management, or public history. I consider these positions as paid internships of sorts. How much should I be offering them as an hourly wage? What do other art libraries pay their interns or part-time professional staff?
