Time and the Tabletop: Still Life Paintings by Harold Bruder, 1998-2004, is on view
in the Queens College Art Center February 1 - April 7, 2005. The artist will give a
gallery talk on Wednesday, February 2, 12:15-1:30 pm, and a reception will follow
on Thursday, February 3, 5-7 pm.
The exhibition presents recent still life paintings, an impressive new body of work,
by the seminal American realist artist Harold Bruder, who is Professor Emeritus at
Queens College where he inspired several generations of art students (1965-1995).
It is co-sponsored by the Art Department.
