Dear ARLIS-L subscribers,
Due to a family emergency I will be taking a short leave beginning
now. I will be gone for this week taking care of that and then off
to Vancouver the very next week for the MLA conference. As a result
of this timing I have asked one of my colleagues to manage the list
temporarily until I return on Monday February 21st.
For the next two weeks, Meg Shaw, Art Librarian at University of
Kentucky, will be heading up the show. Her address:

approving messages needing review. She'll be happy to take
questions or problems, but she may not be able to resolve them for
you. If at all possible, you might want to wait until my return
later in the month.
For problems needing immediate attention in my absence, please refer
those to Bob Crovo ([log in to unmask]). He handles many of the
listservs in our library system and assists me with the problems I have
difficulty solving.
I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause for some of you and hope
you can be patient until I return. For the most part, everything on
the list will continue to run perfectly smoothly in my absence.
