Thank you to all who responded to our call for participation in our compensation survey of Art/Architecture/Design and Visual Resource Professionals.
An analysis of the data gathered will result in an ARLIS/NA Occasional Paper that describes the ranges of salaries reported in the surveys, as well as the characteristics of the libraries and visual resources departments that specialize in art, architecture and design.
This data will serve as a benchmarking tool to help ensure appropriate compensation levels and to provide quantifiable information that describes the professional characteristics of specialists who work in art, architecture and design library and in visual resource settings.
When this survey information becomes publicly available we will send out announcements on how to obtain it. Thanks again for the overwhelming response we received.
