I'd recommend the bi-annual publication, Artist's Books Yearbook. The
latest is 2003-2005; it began in 1995, and is now edited by the
talented book artist Sarah Bodman. It is published by Impact Press at
UWE in Bristol, where Sarah is Research Fellow at their Centre for
Fine Print Research.
I believe Sarah could be contacted directly about availability of past
issues and costs of future subscritions.
