Please excuse this cross-posting The VRA Midwest Fall Meeting be held in Minneapolis at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities on Friday, November 12 and Saturday, November 13th. We are looking forward to this meeting very much, with its rich schedule of both professionally rewarding and socially enjoyable events. From what promises to be a stimulating talk on intellectual property by Allan Kohl, Art Historian and Visual Resources Curator at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, whose ever engaging take on the issues we grapple with should not be missed, to a a visit to the Frank Gehry designed Weisman Museum and an afternoon capped off by a wine and cheese reception, held by the chair of the Department of Art History at University of Minnesota Twin Cities, this meeting is one not to be missed. Following on the heels of the joint MINERVA/MCN conference, which will be held in Minneapolis earlier in the week, you might even attend three conferences in one trip!
