Borrowing Policies for Curators

Greetings all!

It's me again asking for more assistance -- but before that, many thanks to all of you for sharing your Collection Development policies. 

This time I am looking for circulation/lending policies for curatorial or other museum staff.  I need information on length of loans, number of items, recall policies, special materials use, and anything else you can think of relating to lending items to this kind of patron group.  I'm especially interested if you are at a non-museum institution, but lend to museum staff.
