Hello,

I work at a larger public library, and we are in the process of starting a
mentoring program for staff. Right now, we are working on creating the
evaluation component for the program. Much of what I've seen concerning
evaluation is very 'touchy-feely' (participants either liked the experience,
or did not) and I was hoping to measure something a little more concrete.
Does anyone have any experience with evaluating a mentoring program, or know
where I can view some examples of good evaluation forms? Any information
would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You,

Nadine Dalton Speidel
