Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started. I have received the following query from a faculty member:

I am also looking for an online glossary of terms related to contemporary art that I can give for home study. So far I have identified the pbs one that accompanies a great video series, “Art of the 21st century” at www.pbs.org/art21/education/glossary_pop.html#b

Any other suggestions?
