Lesley Ellen Harris of Copyrightlaws.com recently made
a new article entitled "Copyright and Licensing Job
Positions" available on her web site.

To read the whole article, simply visit the site and
click on "articles" from the top menu, then select
this article from the list that appears. In the
meantime, here is an introduction:

Copyright and Licensing Job Positions

With the rapid increase of copyright and licensing
issues arising in organizations from governments to
museums to educational institutions, non-lawyers (or
lawyers in non-lawyer positions) are finding new and
growing opportunities in the area of intellectual
property. What exactly are the roles of these people
and what are their job duties? To accurately answer
these and other questions, I (Lesley Ellen Harris),
interviewed five people from three countries with such
job positions.

Kind regards,
Kim Nayyer
