Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started. LISTSERV 16.5 - ARLIS-L Archives

Does anyone remember how many people attended the conference this year?
I know it was the largest turnout ever, but can't remember the
approximate number.  Just wanted to make sure my report on the
conference was accurate.
