Register now for NDLC Conference!

(Message forwarded from John Burger)

Friends:

I am very pleased to announce the response to the 2004 National
Diversity in Libraries Conference has been very strong.  To date we
have
a more than 200 registrants -- a new record!  We are very much looking
forward to collaborating with so many wonderful colleagues from near
and
far.  For more information about the conference, please see the
website
at http://www.librarydiversity.org.

In order to properly plan for an audience this large, it will be
necessary for us to close registration as of
5:00pm EDT on April 15,
2004.  All persons wishing to attend the conference must register at
http://www.solinet.net/survey/ndlcconfreg.htm  by the above date/time
in
order to be guaranteed a seat at the conference.  No additional
registrations will be accepted after April 15th.  We are asking all
speakers and representatives from sponsoring libraries to also
register
by this deadline.

Please share this information with colleagues you believe are
interested in coming to the conference.
As always, my thanks for your time and consideration.  Please
feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like
additional information about the Conference.

Thanks to everyone who has made the commitment to join us in
Atlanta in a few weeks for this event -- it promises to be a
rewarding,
productive two days.  See you soon!
