Here’s a summation of what I found about annual report retention policies.  We will continue to keep the most current 5 years of all annual reports received for free.  Of course this will have to be revisited if more space is lost.

 

Total number of responses:  13.  Retention is varied across the board.  Most retain all if they have the space.  Those who don’t have the space have a 1 to 5 year retention policy.

2 – Retain all:  peer group only

1 – Retain all:  own

1 – Retain last 5 years

1 – Retain last 3 years

2 – Retain 1 year

1 – Do not retain

 

2 – Little use by anyone

1 – Use by staff only
