Here's a summation of what I found about annual report retention policies.
We will continue to keep the most current 5 years of all annual reports
received for free. Of course this will have to be revisited if more space
is lost.
Total number of responses: 13. Retention is varied across the board. Most
retain all if they have the space. Those who don't have the space have a 1
to 5 year retention policy.
5 - Retain all
2 - Retain all: peer group only
1 - Retain all: own
1 - Retain last 5 years
1 - Retain last 3 years
2 - Retain 1 year
1 - Do not retain
2 - Little use by anyone
1 - Use by staff only
