HEAD LIBRARIAN AND ASSOCIATE CHIEF CURATOR
Canadian Centre for Architecture

The CCA Library is the major research library in the history, theory and
practice of architecture, landscape and urban planning. Its collection
includes over 200,000 monographic volumes, beginning with a comprehensive

Library holdings reflect the interdisciplinarity of architectural research,
providing primary source material linking architecture to related areas such
as engineering, ornament, construction and photography. The library
complements, enriches and supports the CCA's research programs and its
internationally important holdings of prints and drawings, photographs and
architectural archives. The CCA is a member of Research Libraries Group
(RLG), Independent Research Libraries Association (IRLA), Association of
Research Institutes in Art History (ARIAH) and International Confederation
