Dear Colleagues,
In collaboration with Dr. Alison Stones, Professor of History of Art and
Architecture at the University of Pittsburgh, the Digital Research
Library of the University Library System is please to announce the
release of her image collection visually documenting Vézelay, the
Benedictine Abbey Church of Sainte-Marie-Madeleine in Burgundy, France.
This collection, comprising 91 images, documents one of the most
important surviving monuments of architecture and sculpture of the
Romanesque period, and will be used by Dr. Stones as a teaching and
instructive tool. The URL to the collection is
