Diana:
The Index was written at Duke University by a former professor, now
living in Florence. The original lives in Duke's Rare Book, Manuscript
and Special Collections Department. I'll hunt around and see if I can
find the list.
I'm pleased that it finds a use in modern art research. It would be an
ideal project for computer migration, but I've never found a taker.
