PLEASE EXCUSE CROSS-POSTINGS Greetings, Following in the spirit of camaraderie which made last year's raffle at Houston such a success, we'd like to ask all of you to consider donating an item for our VRAffle to be held at the 2004 conference in Portland. Your wonderful handmade items - art or handicrafts - are always highly appreciated, but unique and interesting purchased items are also welcome. Donations may be made individually or collectively (VRA Chapters). Debra Royer, of the Portland Art Museum library, is collecting all the raffle items. Your donations may be sent to her (home address) at: Debra Royer 2712 S.E. Woodward Portland, OR 97202 Or, you may bring items with you to the conference. This year, the VRAffle will be held on Friday, March 12, in conjunction with a Wine Tasting event featuring a variety of Oregon's excellent wines. We hope many of you will choose to contribute -- even those who will not be able to attend the conference -- We encourage *everyone* to join our "Raffle Rousers" and send in an item for our VRAffle - it's a great way to show your support for VRA! Any VRAffle-related questions may be directed to Debra Royer at [log in to unmask] or 503.276.4215 Looking forward to seeing your creative inspirations, Debra Royer Rex Arragon Library Portland Art Museum [log in to unmask] Karin Whalen Co-Chair, Local Committee Reed College [log in to unmask] __________________________________________________________________ Mail submissions to [log in to unmask] For information about joining ARLIS/NA see: http://www.arlisna.org//membership.html Send administrative matters (file requests, subscription requests, etc) to [log in to unmask] ARLIS-L Archives and subscription maintenance: http://lsv.uky.edu/archives/arlis-l.html Questions may be addressed to list owner (Kerri Scannell) at: [log in to unmask]
