Eighteen days and counting until early-bird registration ends for the
22nd annual VRA conference, being held in beautiful Portland, Oregon
March 9-13, 2004!

Visit http://www.vraweb.org/VRAPortland/index.html to access a
full-color preliminary program in either pdf or Word format.  Register
online through PayPal, or print out a hard copy form to mail in.
Early-bird registration ends on February 6, 2004--snail mail must be
postmarked by this date to receive the lowest conference registration
rate!  Please note that February 6th is also the deadline to reserve a
room at the Hilton Portland and Executive Tower at our special
conference rate.

If you miss the Early-Bird rates, Pre-Registration begins February 7th
and forms must be mailed no later than February 15, 2004. Registration
forms postmarked after February 15th cannot be processed in advance and
will be taken to Portland for on-site registration.
