Dear ARLIS/NA Colleagues,

 

The ARLIS/NA Executive Board is pleased to announce two exciting venues for ARLIS/NA's upcoming Annual Conferences in 2006 and 2007.  While specific dates and hotel contracts for these two Conferences are still in negotiation, the Board has accepted invitations from the Northwest Chapter to meet in Banff in 2006, and from the Southeast Chapter to meet in Atlanta in 2007.  The Board also wishes to thank the Northwest and Southeast Chapters for their gracious invitations to host the Society's upcoming Annual Conferences and to acknowledge the work of Canadian Representative, Irene Puchalski and South Regional Representative, Laura Schwartz.  The historic Roosevelt Hotel in New York City will be the site of the next ARLIS/NA Conference, April 15 - 20, 2004.  During 2005, the Society’s Conference venue will be the Hilton Americas – Houston, Texas, March 30 – April 5.
