Photographer's Copyright Dear All,

Is anyone familiar with Canadian copyright laws? I have relatively easy access to US copyright laws, but wanted to double-check what I've found on Canadian copyright (re: photographer who worked for a magazine, and how to go about publishing images from that shoot for another book). I'm in a bit of a sticky situation, and just wanted some backup! Thanks to any and all who take the time to respond.
