Friday, October 10
9:00 am Meet at the newly renovated Wichita Art Museum, 1400 West
Museum Blvd.
9:30 am Business meeting
10:30 am Museum tour led by a docent
11:30 - 2 Explore museum, library, gift shop, and lunch in museum
cafe
2:00 pm Meet at the Edwin A. Ulrich Museum, Wichita State
University, for a tour of the famous outdoor sculpture
collection.
5:30 pm Dinner at Hana Cafe, 306 N. Rock Road
Saturday, October 11
9:00 am Society of Decorative Painters and Museum, 393 N. McLean
Blvd for tour and demonstration of
decorative painting. This is the headquarters of the int'l
Society of Dec. Painters. This is not a
large museum, but worthy of a visit.
10:30 am Optional tour of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Allen-Lambe House, 255
N. Roosevelt.
