Photographer Walter Reuter who is 97 years old moved to
Cuernavaca
Mexico, from Mexico City. His archives of about 120 thousand negatives
and positives in
addition to other images are having preservation problems with mold?
due to the humid climate of Cuernavaca and the poor storage in
boxes.

Ciudad de México (9 julio 2003).- El archivo del fotógrafo Walter Reuter,
que integra 120 mil negativos y positivos y 5 mil imágenes impresas,
corre peligro de sufrir un "grave deterioro", debido a que se encuentra
empaquetado en cajas de cartón desde hace un año.
El acervo puede cubrirse de hongos provocados por el clima cálido y
húmedo de Cuernavaca, a donde el artista de 97 años de edad, antes
residente de la Ciudad de México, se mudó por motivos de salud.
